To our patients:
You may have noticed that many practices are moving away from hospital care, however, we would like to assure you that we still see our own patients when they are hospitalized. We believe that continuity of care is very important and that it is best for a patient to be taken care of by a doctor who knows their medical history and will continue to follow up with them. If you are ever hospitalized at Beaumont, we will be there as your primary care physicians. If during your stay you do not see us, or are admitted to the service of physician you are unfamiliar with, please do hesitate to tell the staff you are our patient and ask them to contact us. You have the right to ask that your care be transferred to our service. Our patients are very important to us and we want to be sure that we are there when you need us most.
